PRICING POLICY

All product prices are shown in DDK.
All prices include Danish VAT of 25% (imposed to all orders within Europe)
Prices do not include delivery charges.
Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at Your own expenses.
STUDIO LOMA can not be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.

PRIVACY POLICY

studioloma.com processes pesonal data according to the Danish Personal Data Act, and the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
STUDIO LOMA collects information about you, when you visit our website (read cookies), when You sign up to receive our newsletter and when you purchase jewelry on our webshop (name, address, telephone number and e-mail adress are collected in order to execute your order).
All personal information stored in connection with use of the webside and webshop will be treated with the utmost care, The information we store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service.

PAYMENT

At STUDIO LOMA we accept payment by visa, mastercard and maestro.
When purchasing at studioloma.com, your credit card data will be processed by Bambora, which is a safe electronic payment solution for visa and mastercard/eurocard.
All credit card data will be processed according to the credit card organization regulations.
The amount will not be drawn from Your card account until the goods are dispatched.
We will soon also accept Mobilepay and PayPal.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order..
Although we aim the website to be accurate in all aspects, we can not guarantee that all available products at the STUDIO LOMA shop is in stock when your order is proceeded. In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects Your order, we will inform you by e-mail.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from the time You place your order.

STUDIO LOMA can not be held liable for any delays due to the shipping company, local taxes etc.

TAXES

When ordering from an EU country you pay danish taxes due to the rules of items free mobility (25% tax is included the price shown).
If you order from a non-EU country, you will not be charged danish taxes – but may be charged with local taxes and/or duties.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

STUDIO LOMA accepts returns and offers you 14 days of return/exchange from the date on your receipt.

Products should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused - except from the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to believe that the product has been used to a degree that decreases the value of the product, the customer loses the right to return the product.
Return of goods is at own expenses.

STUDIO LOMA will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.
We recommend to use an insured shipping method with tracking number.
Delivery expenses will not be refunded.

Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.
We will refund the amount to the credit card on which goods were originally purchased.

If the parcel is returned, due to avoided receipt/pick up of the package, the cost of the return will be deducted the refund, as the return of goods is at own expense.

GUARANTEE

All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods act, which gives you 24 months to complain about a product.
This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.
